SET UP DATE TIME

Friday November 20th 3pm ,Must be set up by 5pm

Saturday  November 21st 3pm, Must be set up by 5pm

COULD THERE BE A POSSIBILITY OF OTHER VENDORS THAT SELL THE SAME PRODUCT OR SERVICE?

Yes, we have an open market for anyone that is in Arizona

 

VENDOR FEE

10 X 10 BOOTH (WHITE CANOPY) OR FOOD TRUCKS & FOOD VENDORS

$75 per day or $100 for both days

A white or cream canopy is required, the only other exception is a custom canopy with your business name on it. Please have proper weights on your canopy for stability and safety. 

 

SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

We will be setting up in the Front Parking Lot of Potato Barn, Please bring Dollies and Carts to transport, you can set up right in front of your Space, but just to drop items off then Park in the East Parking lot, leaving front parking to Customers.

FOOD TRUCKS AND TRAILERS, please have low sound generators.

Everyone will make sure your area is clean and nothing is left on the floor.
