A white or cream canopy is required, the only other exception is a custom canopy with your business name on it. Please have proper weights on your canopy for stability and safety.

Reminder, we are not a JURIED SHOW.  We invite all to join us and want all levels of experienced vendors at our event.  We support all local AZ Makers.

Check in & Set Up 7 AM – 8:30 AM 
(All booths must be set up & ready by 9 AM) 

Event Hours 9 AM –1 PM  
Breakdown 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM 

Set Up

There will be an entrance right on Van Buren Street (not the main entrance to the school), You will be able to drive up and unload, but please still bring dollies and wagons.  We will give you 15 minutes to unload, then you will park in the North Parking Lot.

There will be a $50 fee if anyone leaves early, everyone will make sure your area is clean and nothing is left on the floor.

Is there electricity?

No Electricity

What are vendors responsible for?

Unloading and loading their setup. Bring all their own equipment, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, canopies, etc.

Can I pick my space?

No, Booth Assignments are First Come, Please bring your Canopy first to set up before your Products, Thank you.

Is there Wifi?

No Wifi is available, please use your phone date or hotspot.

Can I get a Refund or Credit for a future show if I can't make it?

Sorry no refunds, but If something comes up, we can move your date for a $25 change fee, no waiving of the fee will be done.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Outdoor event rain or shine
